“Dog is considered as man’s best friend”, this proverb is not new for us. Since ancient times, dogs are
trained to be honest and faithful with their masters and hence they are
considered to be the most loyal animal in the world.
Dog training is a method to change or modify
dog behavior towards his master and the society. This is done either to do
some specific task like, in search and rescue operations, or finding any
illegal activities or any particular tasks. Everyone including dogs learn from
the interactions made in their environment. But before starting the dog
training, trainers have to understand the needs and requirements of the dog. Then
only the trainer can proceed with the training. There basically four types of
dog training methods, Koestler method, dominance-based training, clicker
training and relationship-based training. All these methods help to find out
the attributes of dogs and even their personality. There
